On top of just appreciating the visual appeal of the woodwork, let's take a minute to consider the fact that this saloon door, in all its use and old age, is in as beautiful condition as it is! Those must've been some very conscientious cowboys! (look up the Harvey Girls)

We've got an arched window opening filled with fun patterned glass, topped by a pediment comprised of a large double-sided glass jewel mounted in carved scrollwork supported by lathed spindles, all on a base made up of an asymmetrical arrangement of raised panels. Painted in chippy white paint. Just wow!

Spring-loaded hinges are original and still got a whole lotta snap to them.

Use as a door or hang as window!
